a pleasant surprise

i was pleased a caravan at the park was available. the lady at reception helped us, it pleased the children.

the caravan was dirty. the toilet seats and the shower was broken.

The reception staff were helpful. The caravan provided was immaculate. it was a pleasant surprise! she secured another caravan within the park for us, i really appreciated her support.

The caravan did lack linen. I had to source it separately.

The caravan was conveniently located near park amenities. it made accessing different facilities very easy. The area felt very secure, i noticed frequent patrols by security personnel.

The caravan included a well-equipped kitchenette. It featured a microwave, small oven, and a two-burner hob. sleeping arrangements included a double bed and two single beds. The caravan felt adequately spacious for a family.

The park included a small convenience store. It stocked essential groceries and toiletries. a children's playground was also available. This provided ample entertainment for the younger guests. the on-site launderette contained four washing machines.

The park staff were very responsive to requests. Any queries were addressed promptly. the reception was open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. It was really useful.

The on-site cafe served breakfast and lunch. I noted they offered a range of simple meals such as sandwiches and jacket potatoes. there was also an outdoor seating area available. This overlooked the children's playground!
